Bonnie Hunter's Celtic Solstice Mystery Quilt Clues 3 & 4

I'm playing catch up. Christmas sewing, cooking and family activities kept me pretty busy this month. Today I was able to finish two clues in Bonnie Hunter's Celtic Solstice Mystery Quilt. Clue 3 turned 400 pieces into 25 pinwheels blocks and 100 HST's. Clue 4 turned 480 pieces into 120 4-patch blocks. I love these colors.

I am really loving the colours she has chosen too. The yellow and orange together just look so citrusy! I think I made that word up :)

So many pieces! I'm loving those colours, they make the mouth water (like opal fruits - not sure you have those sweets in the states!)

Reminds me of my "Christmas" trees - the oranges and tangerines. You have been busy! Can't wait to see the results of your color combos.
Happy New Year!
